Went to Abilen to pick up more primer.....and tested small place on door with lacquer thinner to see if it would remove the primer that I applied yesterday after mixing with hardener instead of catalyst..

Lacquer thinner will remove the primer so I can re-sand and get ready to try again. Marked cans so I don't screw up again!

New box finally came in for my 2 10" Kicker CVR's. Installed these inside the box and put the box in and hooked it up to my amp and I LOVE it! Worked on my stealth sub box. Putting an 8 inch JL audio sub in it powered by a 1000watt Kenwood Amp which puts out 300 watts at 4ohms. Also took out all my seats for my new carpet which should be ariving next week.

Did the non-fouler trick on my rear O2 sensor. Still need to get a new one for the front. Also cleaned up a few frayed wires with liquid rubber.

Couple days worth of getting wires/ connectors/ relays together, and finally got my offroad light wiring ran. Got the switches mounted in a scrap piece of aluminum. I put sylvania 100w bulbs into some $10 budget harbor freight 6inch lights, and am now waiting for the black paint to dry. Hopefully they'll stay rust free, and work for a while. 20$ for housings, and 10$ for 2 H3 100w bulbs at autozone. beats

Only two wires left to run are power from the relays, under the truck, and back up to the top of "roll" bar, and grounds from the lights to the frame. Interesting way i hooked up the switches though, if you look carefully at the pics. The power/ ground from the switches goes to a plug for the 12v outlet in the dash. Not sure yet, if i like the idea, but suppose i can choose when to even power the switches. May be better though to just wire the switches properly to a 12v source/ ground, instead of that plug. any thoughts? I was just happy when i plugged it in, and flipped the switches, and they both lit up. And I can turn 1 light on at a time, in hopes of lighting up the passenger side ditches, without blinding oncoming traffic with the driver side light.

Also switched out ma bulging radiator for a brand spankin new one, and flushed system. My heat improved, but heater core likely needs a proper flushing/ replacing. My heat improved a bit, but still nothing extraordinary.
