went to go buy my new plow today. apparently my turbo tax card only allows me 3500 a day, so i paid for half of the cost (2075.00) and took the wiring and cutting edge home. got the wiring all installed and hooked up to my neighbors fisher 7.5 sd to make sure everything was wired correctly. its good to go, and ill go pick the plow up tomorrow. cant wait to get it! we are supposed to get 2-3 tonight, and i dont have it yet, im going insane with not having a plow!!!!! ill get pics of the truck and new plow when i pick it up tomorrow. have i mentioned that I CANT WAIT! its a brand new 2012 fisher 8' HD straight blade.

Went to the scrap yard today, they had a 99 1500 extended cab with the same color interior as my 2500 so I picked up some interior parts.. Glove box, cup holder, piece under steering wheel and the 2 pieces that go down along the windshield a AM/FM/CD Cassette and a 60/40 seat for $50... Got everything installed except the seat, the seat will need to be modified because my seat mounts are higher. My buddy has a seat in a 2500 with a 60/40 and were gonna see if we can swap out the brackets if not we'll be cutting and welding something up.

This lift kit is killing me!
Ok finally got the front of the truck lifted today. Had to cut the lower arm cam bolt off. Went to the dealership to get the new bolt and it cost $34. I new the parts guy and he gave me the employee discount so I paid $24 still a lot for 1 bolt but oh well I needed it. Also put the duel steering stabilizer on. Started to do the work on the rear and just about all the bolts are rusted on. So I'll start again in the morning. The directions said this was a 4 to 6 hour job I've never done something like this and Im doing it by myself in my drive way so far its been about 11 hours just to get the front done.

i bought a bunch of fancy new tools, and a bunch of small tools boxes to store stuff for the trip in. i stole knuckles idea about modualrity. however, i used platic tool boxes instead of ammo cans. 1 for fluids, 1 for tools, 2 small ones for scrounge, and a bigger one for the recovery gear. i also installed a 14x3 and found out my a/c condensor has a giant hole in it(no wonder i havent had cold a/c in a while)

Fixed my sagging doors with a couple of washers and the diy thread
https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen-ram-faqs-diys-and-how-to-s/232877-diy-sagging-door-fix.html
Took me about a hour but thats because I had to realign the door pin
I really like how it turned out and it only costs me $1!
The reason I did this is because lately my drivers door did not want to close all the way and I was tired of hearing the door rattle every time I hit a bump.
While I was installing the washers I also found out the head of the lower bolt on the upper hinge is snapped off.
How would I get this bolt out? I tried taking the door panel off but there is very little thread showing.
