Hello everyone long time since I posted something.well I just installed a 5.9 in my 05 ram 1500 .an let me tell you it wasn't easy doing everything yourself.well all I have left is to is installl my b& m omega shifter. Question I'm overhauling my 4.7 for my 03 dakato I have the block bore out an I have the oversize pistons do I need to get oversize rod bearings

 

Mic out the crank, and see what your journals are like. If they are still within spec, and the big end of the rods are as well, then standard bearings will be fine. Be sure to check clearances though.

 

It’s not my daily driver, hasn’t been for years. But I keep it around for days like today.

I had all the painting stuff out already from building our Excursion and I just couldn't put them back on all rusty and nasty.

 

I put a new headliner fabric in my truck.

 

Finally got to spray my ugly red truck topper "Bright White" to match my truck. Traded one of my crossbows straight up for the topper. Purchased 2-1 Liter kits from TCP Global with a sputz gun. Not to bad. Barely covered completely but will have to buy one Raptor white aerosol can just to blend a few roof spots but happy overall. Anyone else spray their topper.
