Did some sanding and painting on my 76 project yesterday. Anything I painted that was already black looks great. Anything that was yellow looks like crap, but eh.

I don't know where a Central Control Module would be or what it would do, so I really have no idea... I think later this week I will tear it apart again (I can't describe how big of an "Ugh" this deserves) and look through it thoroughly to see if anything looks amiss.
95 doesn't have a CTM. You missed a connector somewhere, or a ground.

Siliconed in around the rear brake light and sealed all the way around the rear window. Hoping this will solved the water infiltration coming somewhere from the back middle of the rear window... Damn you water!!!

Also checked the oil for the first time since plenum repair(5 days ago) and guess what! It is still at the same spot on dip stick!

Probably not. I would look at steering column stuff first. Make sure you are getting power to the ignition switch, and out of it. Make sure no wires got pulled out of the connectors as well. These trucks that have tilt wheel are famous for that trick.

Appears to have hurt radio.

I am trying to learn about the CCM (Chrysler Collision Monitor) as I have found some info in Snap On manuals, but cannot determine where it is, what years, etc. Seems to also tie into ABS and some cluster functions.

But +1 on wiring in and around column. Dropping it down may have pulled something loose.

Replaced vacuum check valve to eliminate wild vents...

My truck doesn't have tilt

I am driving the truck around as is, so I think I have ignition power.

I think that it is just gonna come down to me pulling it apart until I find what I messed up. I hope that my radio was the only casualty. Thanks for the help fellas.

have you checked all the fuses including the ones under the hood. i know you said you wired the stereo to the battery but did you run both positive wires to the battery or just the constant power wire?
