No muffler anymore, and a side pipe in its place! Sounds wicked good!

Fixed reverse AND cut out the catalytic converter. Are you supposed to be able to see down them clearly? When I held it up to the light all I got was the smallest hint of light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak. Other than that it actually looked to be in good shape.

But for the moment I've got no exhaust past the Y Pipe and let me tell you, this thing sounds like a truck again! I mean, it sounds like a full out built muscle car.

I haven't taken it out on the road yet, not sure if there's any more pep under the peddle of not...

You should be able to see a lot of light down each of the openings in the honeycomb.... if you can't, it's clogged.

I got just the tiniest bit of light when looking down either end. Good thing it's off. About time. I really don't wanna put a pipe in, it sounds so good.

Alright, took the truck for the first "official" test drive with no exhaust past the Y pipes, let me tell you, this thing will absolutely pin you to your seat! Loads more power, I'm not putting another cat in, just pipe, hopefully I won't loose too much of this new found power. I feel I could totally take on my bro in laws Hemi, if it was running...

Greased all front end components, realized that my next venture will be new steering components. Ball joints, drag link, etc etc.

Changed oil, greased all fittings, and cleaned and detailed the inside. I have only had this truck for 4 months and i knew it was past due for a oil change but the old filter had a date of 07/2011!!!!!!!!! YIKES!!!

Got out the heat gun and debadged by truck. Prepping for paint soon. 2/4 drop, Gunmetal metallic shimmer paint, 20" 2011 Ram wheels powder coated black will be going on as well.
