Found a vacuum leak in the climate control line... it had chafed through on the opening where it goes through the firewall... I cut the line and slid some small ID rubber tube over it to make the joint, and then tucked the rubber partly into the firewall opening.
The mixer/blender door now works again.
I checked the Catch-Can (last weeks install), and there was a little oil in there, so it's doing its job.
In a further attempt to solve the water leak into the passenger floor-pan, I removed the loose pieces of silicone at the end of the rear window track, taped over the gap and put a wedge of closed cell foam into the track... I then poured the dammed off area full of black silicone sealer... I'm guessing some of it was going under the track and heading for the weep-holes, as the level subsided after a while... I let it setup for a bit then topped it off... tomorrow I'll remove the tape and foam, and see what I ended up with... then wait for the next rail and see if it worked.

Man, you guys are lightweights. I bought my Ram with 114K on the clock, rebuilt the engine a year later, and then put another 106K on it inside of five years.
