Up in Louden County, where my lady is, she said they're slated to get upward of 22" of snow.
I lived in Sterling for about 5 years back in the late 80's. Worked in Herndon. Back then it was nothing but townhouses. I'm sure it's very different now. Coolest thing was hearing the Concord take off from Dulles every Sunday morning. That thing would rattle the windows going over.
Hillsville, couple towns over, got 15" last night, still snowing.
We're at a foot now and counting.

We don't appear to be in line for anything till monday. Then it says "light wintry mix"..... So, snow, and then freezing rain. Should make the roads fun.... Of course, the roads out by me are two inches of ice in any event. Gets much better when you hit paved roads.
