Wouldn't say this is the biggest, but certainly the most painful.
Driving from western OR. to eastern OR., my '51 Ply. got hot near the top of the Cascades. I pulled over on the shoulder to let it cool down. Decided to check the radiator level while sitting there. Had a brain fart and popped that cap off. Burnt the crap out of my hand and arm. I knew better but it was just one of those things. Felt much better after the burning went away.
