you only need to turn them about 1/2 to 3/4 turn past where the gasket touches the filter base...

I have always been able to get my trucks oil filters off by hand. no need to over tighten... holds up to 60+psi oil pressure without any leaks

I do have to pull off the air filter to change the filter though >.< twins kinda blocked it in haha.
What happens after 60 psi?

hopefully you don't get too much snow. the floor pans and cab mounts i just ordered are suppose to be coming from Redford, MI.
