Minus my run in with the deer, my truck has only been in the shop twice since I've owned it. Looking forward to owning a cummins!!!

what year truck are you trying to get? if its not a 2nd gen are you gonna still poke in every once in a while?

 

I'll admit I'm a little jealous. I want a diesel but couldn't afford one so I bought a gasser instead

 

I'm looking at (2)- 2nd gen 2500's. Both have about 160,xxx on them..both are 4x4 quad cab long beds, one is auto and one is manual. both are completely stock under the hood. I'm very excited to sell this truck and move on.

The dealership offered me $900 for trade in.. then they said it would be priced at $6,995! What a load of crap! So I decided to sell myself. Would like to get $6,000 but would settle for $5,500 cash.

 

Good luck with the sale. You should have done your homework beforehand going into the stealership. Always know what you want in a vehicle (options, condition, and final price out the door). Lock that down....THEN say you got a trade. ALSO have exactly in mind what the ACCEPTABLE trade value will be.
