I run an exotic blend of about 78% nitrogen, 20% oxygen, and the last 2% a mixture of water vapor, CO2, trace hydrogen and various noble gasses.
I'm using essentially the same exotic blend and can report that it works very well. I have a little less water vapor than most, thanks to rigging my compressor so its intake is on the Western Slope of the Rockies.
And, gosh, if that whole goofy "bigger molecules don't leak out through the pores" thing is a significant factor, then over time I'll end up with a greater proportion of bigger molecules in there. Bonus!

I estimate that you may actually have an even higher nitrogen concentration, since the nitrogen molecules leak more slowly than your exotic blend does in general (according to certain claims that nitrogen filled tires hold their pressure longer). So over time the nitrogen concentration would build-up.
Haha just throwin an idea out there. I ain't tried it so I have the same exotic blend as the rest of you. But anyways, a light pedal foot does help alot.
ok so ive seen other threads about getting better mpg..but the other threads i see the people wanting more already get around 11-12..i got a spectre air filter and a glasspack and the rest is stock and i get around 9-10. Whats wrong, i do all my tune ups when im suppose to. ANY ideas 5.9 engine
Same mileage I get. Running 265/75/16 tires, plenum fix, upgraded cap and rotor and wires, spectre filter, 3.55 gears, etc. I got 197,xxx on the engine and the 10-12mpg's hasn't changed since I got it at 115k. Look on the bright side the 4.7L and hemi's are not doing any better and our trucks are 10+ years older.

I like the way you think.
Didn't the newer trucks have some variety of variable displacement? Shutting down a cylinder or three when not needed??
