hmmm. not sure about this...i recently spent over $2,500 in Heads (assembled), Cam and brand new valvetrain (push rods, lifters, roller rockers) but i did get over 40hp and over 20tq...But idk, i might have spent to much?
or didn't build aggressive enough
and if you are going to go as far as a hemi, why not just go on ebay and buy a turn key chevy 383 stroker motor already built to 650hp that you can pick up for $6k..and being carbureted, it wont need a ECU swap.

I spent about that much on a turbo setup, and got over 100HP and 100ft/lbs
Boost is magical.
And FWIW stock bottom end 5.9s are capable of 300+rwhp NA with the right parts, your build could have been more aggressive.
Hey, beeker, im maybe 30 mins from this dyno shop, im fairly stock, 4x4, my sct came today actually but i cant drive it yet (injured on the job, wont get out of harborview till the end of the month) but ill split the price of the dynos with you if you want.
I would only help out with dyno for a stock truck with same specs, 360, 4x4, 355's, stock tires, stock tuning, preferably 2000 or 2001. This is to have a stock baseline to compare against as I did not think to do before I started tinkering with my truck.
I have been using Turbo Technology in Tacoma, they're pretty nice and prices are better than here in Bremerton.
Tip: If you dyno, unclip the kickdown cable from the TB(passenger side) that will keep from down shifting at WOT
Good luck on the recovery at Harborview, I stayed there once and they were terrific.
i have all the same specs, 360 4x4 2001 3.55 gears, i have slightly larger than stock tires though, headers, and a CAI. also, my stock tuning wouldnt have the death flash on it and i run 92 octane all the time.
This is a great thread. Im glad I found it. I still need to take mine down to the dyno shop and see what the 408 does.
I'd love to see that too, invite me along if you go for a run, I'll run mine again too.
