Sheriff, I need to quit......so I admire your effort and wish you the best of luck. My work is pertty stressful, and I never smoke in the house. Sometimes when it is cold and wet outside, I only smoke half of one and come back in, but I need to just quit. Less than a pack a day, but that adds up to a lot of Dodge parts over time!

That's why I do roll-yer-owns. 9 bucks for a back of PIPE tobacco, (they started taxing the cigarette tobacco), 2 and a half bucks for 200 tubes. I am good for the month.

I keep saying I'm gonna quit but I never do. I don't smoke in the house either so that cuts down on it some as opposed to when I was on the road all the time. I really love my smokes but I feel I'm getting to that point where I kinda maybe sorta will consider possibly quitting ...yeah that didn't sound real sincere did it? Lol. Honestly I have been toying with the idea a lot more these days...really! But then again I think about what I could be spending the cash on. It was a lot different when a pack of smokes was a buck but now it's gotten crazy.

I smoke cheap lights. But even Marlboros can be had for less than $6 here in NH. In Mass, they are pretty close to $9 a pack and sometimes more..

Here in Northeast Ohio, $6-$7 a pack for Newport (me) and $5-$6 a pack for Camel (wife).
