okay so with the projectors i just have to get the bulb that fits whatever projector i get and i will be good? say i buy the E 55 projector then i have to buy whatever size bulb fits the E 55?

In my sig pic those are 15x10 rims, and it looks like yours are the 16x7 rims.

so 15's will fit? did you have to do anything to get those to fit properly?

since you guys are beastly and answered my questions so quickly i have some more already lol

1) where is the distributor cap located? i've heard its in quite a hard to reach spot

2) idk if you can see it or not but how would you all go about tackling the rust on the bottom of the doors? its bubbling quite a bit and is very unatractive. its on both sides. its the worse on the front doors but has some on the back doors as well. there is also some on the front fender wheel wells underneat the chrome pieces.
so here's my ideas for the bottom of the doors: sand it down and prep it and de-rust it and do all the rust preventive stuff then paint the bottom "running board" from the front wheel well to the rear of the bed (the strip that some models have painted grey) paint it either 1) red and add a black pin stripe type deal to save myself from doing a blend or 2) paint it black like the other models have grey instead mine would be black
and as far as the wheel well rust i have no idea what to do. that's why i'm leaning towards a fender flare it. so i can strip it and stop the rust and seal it with paint then cover it up so it doesnt look like ****

Nope, but there is very, VERY little clearance between the rim and caliper. I've heard from a couple sources that some 15" rims won't fit without grinding on the caliper a little. At the same time I haven't heard anyone say they got 15" rims and couldn't get them to fit though.

idk if you know how it all works or not cause you said you were going to have someone else do them but do you just mount the projector in the housing and thats it? just drill a hole and mount it? and adjust the lights so they're good. and if you have a bi-xenon projector do you need a bi-xenon bulb? or do you just need a hi-beam bulb and the projector opens and closes for hi low beam?

well with the rims i'm looking at its about $100 more for the set of four compared to the 15's. so thats not bad.. which makes me wonder... is there a market for the stock rims on my truck? how much are they worth/how much are people willing to pay for them? if i can sell all 4 stock rims plus bald tires for $350 ish i'd be happy. is that a reasonable asking price? or should i ask more? i'll prolly put an ad on craigslist and an ad on here

Don't expect to get much for the stock wheels. Tires sound useless.... so, just having them go away is going to be a plus.

Dist cap is behind the intake manifold. You gotta be a contortionist to see it, let alone work on it...... remember the TSB for plug wire routing in the faq section.

okay... so its only been a half day and i've already got tons of answers so heres a sum up:

wheels - better off paying the extra $100 for 16's and i wont get much for my stock wheels
tires - 285/75/16
HID's - any kit that works with your car with any kind of projector mounted in stock housings as long as the bulb is made for whatever projector you get. bi-xenon bulbs and projectors are good for hi low applications.
end of the world - it won't happen till after elections lol

so heres the questions for debate now:
1) how do i tackle the rust on the bottom of the doors?
2) has anyone seen anyone or heard of anyone painting their stock chrome bumpers and grille to match their body? somewhat like the sport model? if so post pics! i'm thinking about doing this
