What size is the exhaust pipes coming from manifold. If they are 2.5" then you have to have a cat with a 3" inlet for that Y you showed, then get back from whatever cat outlet is to a 2.5 to go to muffler. Don't know why it would not work.

I believe they are indeed 2.5''... I'm just thinking about how to do it the hardest way possible... Think I'm just gonna order the cat back now and do the rest after plenum change.

Ok... well weather is cooperating as it will be close to 80F this week! hahah gotta love it... Its only March 19th!

Exhaust and Glowshifts will be here on Weds, not sure on trans line manifold. I am a pic *****, you will get your pics!

A bonus, which I never did really look in the owners manual and someone logged some service from about 43,000-96,000, which I bought it at 98K. I am assuming I am the 3 owner as hand writing is all the same from 43-96K.

Right before the PO traded it in, new trans pan and filter! I always had a hunch the pan was replaced as it looks brand new. Bad thing is, I changed the trans fluid after I bought it, not necessary I guess, but oh well.

At least I know it has been done twice now in the last 5K miles!

Diesel manor sent me an email, the 3/8th manifold they are out of stock on and not getting until today and shipping tomorrow. Nice of them to send me an email so I am not wondering where it is. Glowshift will be here today and exhaust maybe tomorrow! I have a completely booked weekend so doesn't really matter when it all comes... Not getting installed til next week at least

Cat back Exhaust should arrive tomorrow, from FedEx! Pics of that too, which I snagged on eBay.

Looks good man. Good luck with the install.

Quick question. Were will you be mounting your temp gauge at?

Make sure you install that manifold for the temp gauge in the line exiting the tranny as close as possible to the tranny itself, for the most accurate reading. And customer service at Diesel Manor is great. Got my steering column pod from him also . They are like 20 minutes from me.
