Well my plans have changed... I've finally decided what my project is... I started the piggy bank already. I call it "my badass mud boggin 92 ram fund" ohhhhh what fun it'll be

depends on the year. my buddy with an 08 with mds gets about 22 on the highway driving like a grandpa. And about 15 or 16 around town. My old mans is an 04 non mds and will get about 16 highway and about 12 around town. Although his has 35's on it so it could be better

 

I have read many many times that, all things being equal, they actually get BETTER mpg with mds disabled.


Dlyter lets see some pics of that '92! I didn't know you had a 1st gen until I recently read it.

 

Yea the MDS is pretty much worthless in my eyes.. I would never want a truck that drops to run 4 cylinders... My luck it would get stuck there somehow and then id be SOL haha.. Ill have to start a thread about the 92 build that will be coming up in the next year or so
