Wow, nice truck and video's Wh1t3NuKle!

Can anyone point me to a snorkel for a 1500. I'm not finding too much. I actually could make one, but I think I need to buy the part that seals around the intake so it would be watertight.

This is my second time 4x4ing. This is in Honduras.

That is bad *** Nicraaaaaaaaggeee!!! Love what you did with the bed. Those rails help on the trees I'm sure. Can't believe your body is still smooth....or you photoshop them...lol

I'm going to watch more! Aside from the snorkel, which makes sense in your area, any other things being worked on?

No one makes a "kit". Besides, it would be lame expensive to get to you. Honestly, I think better to make it. You can follow similar setup as I think Gale Banks kits do for feeding the turbo. That might be the closest in some pieces and templates outside of the hood, which would be passenger side.

Otherwise, can follow what mud truck do with it coming out the center of the hood, near the windshield. Soft tube run over the windshield up to the roof.

A 3rd idea I've seen somewhere's is the intake run into the cab. This would be where the dash is pretty much already gutted and reduced down to minimal stuff. So finesse a hole through the firewall, seal it, and there you go.

Thanks. I thought about the 3rd idea, but vetoed that. I will most likely come out of the passenger fender. I was thinking about taking the fenders off all together and having something made. My biggest need is finding the right piece to seal around the intake. I will check out Gale Banks, as suggested.

I don't have anymore vids yet, but looking forward to making them. I'm hoping to do some trail riding with this 4x4 club soon, as they have been gracious in bringing me in. That is literally the second time I've taken it 4x4ing. I had just gotten the trutrak locker in the rear and the 37" tires mounted on my bead locks the day before the video.

I have plenty of mods. That used to be a longbed. I had the frame shortened, which led me to have to have a gas tank made. it's a 5.2 with Odessa heads, aftermarket valves and springs with a compcam. Kegger mod, intake mod, aluminum plenum, big 3 with 250amp alt, 4:56 gears, trutrak locker in the rear, CAI, headers, complete dual exhaust, no cats, magnaflow straight mufflers, 4 fox 2.0 shocks with reservoir. Originally a 5" Rough country lift, but I changed springs and leafs to Skyjacker "softride".

Holy smokes, you folks got a bit of snow there...... It's cold out today, (below freezing) but, my grass is still pretty green.

I just caught up on your thread, it always makes me jealous. One of these days I'll have time to finish mine, and see what it can do.
