That is a very good question!

 

They only have to demonstrate they can drive, and park, once.... after that, renewing the license is simple. Personally, there are a fair few drivers I see on the road, that could stand a re-test.....

 

I've seen single moms do that so they can get their kids, diaper bags, playpens, car seats, strollers, coolers, and all of the other crap they drag around in and out of the vehicle easily, and without scratching or denting the vehicles parked alongside. Understanding it doesn't make it less annoying.

 

This one dumped another load of snow on us. Springs just around the corner. K.

 

You are up in the great white north though, are you not? Been getting a bunch of that white stuff on the east coast here..... but, I think I might have 6" or so on the ground. (and that's all winters accumulation..... NOTHING at all like last year.... when I would get 6" in one storm.....)
