What kind of exhaust system to go with?
So im gonna deff upgrade my stock exhaust with a flowmaster. It's gonna run me about $600 for a True Dual set-up.... And about $400 for a Single in And dual out. Is there really much of a difference between True Duals and Single in and Dual out? I really do not want to spend $600 on Dual exhaust if is not going to be that big of a diff. And which Flowmaster should I go with? Super 10, Super 40 , Super 44 , or a Super 50?

I am not going to get into a debate whether single or dual is better, I have had dual since new. I liked the sound of my Super 44's over the sound of this Magnaflow, my wife on the other hand likes the Magnaflows sound, everybody's sound choice is different. If you plan to keep the truck for a long time put in a stainless system.

That's wasting $$$ do it once and get it over with. Some trucks sound great with a single pipe and dual out, some don't. In most cases its the cam that makes the motor sound good not the muffler. At least your putting on a muffler

I'd go with the single in, dual out exhaust since you really don't need dual exhaust till over like +350 hp I think? Tho like merc said some trucks sound better w/ actual dual exhaust then SI/DO. As for the muffler if you want something loud and pretty close to straight pipes go for the super 10 its what I have on my truck. Later here though I'm getting LT headers and changing mufflers to a super 40 to quite it down.
