My trip odo has always been my fuel gauge. 400 miles? Time to head for the gas station, but I'm good for another 50-80.

I haven't run enough fuel through my diesel to know how many miles per tank to expect. And it's fuel gauge is worse than my 2nd gen

and i step on the gas pedel hard, every thing is tight still in break in period, i expect it to have better fuel economic after 500 miles, let;s wait and see how it does for the first tank of gas.
