the person with the slowest reaction time and open dif will loose. if you got a limited slip, a good reaction time and know how to launch you truck you may have a chance against a kid in a truck with a bad reaction time and an open diff who spins his tires. i know i am constantly walking away from vehicles when the light turns green. don't mean to but when i check my mirrors they always seem to be pretty far back.

My buddy's dad has an 05 2500 that has a miss or something? It was that way when they bought it and i guess it's an expensive fix. But on my 93 tune when I first got my M1 and wasn't burning oil like a coal train, I was right with him until around 65 then we both let off. Now people think I have a diesel with white smoke these days. Either cracked head or rings, not sure, too cold to do a compression test.

Well, white/blue smoke. When it fills an intersection it's mostly white haha. But I know for sure that it's oil, gotta add it in every week or so.

throw some new heads, a cam, an m1, and a tune, and the hemi's can kiss seeing you in their rear view goodbye.

Trucks are for hauling cargo. If you want to haul ***, get the right vehicle.

That being said, I prefer torque in my truck over horsepower.

My stepdad came with me when I bought my truck. He has a '05 2500 hemi, 4dr lb on 37's. At the time my truck had a missfire and the tranny wouldn't shift on it's own.
going down the highway doing 100, I kept pretty close to him when we both took off.
The hemi's make a good 100 horse more than us. A few mod's (or a kid who can't drive) will make them pretty even.
