Alright, since we are thoroughly off topic here and everyone's loving it, lets see some pictures of this R-32

No photo's no proof right?lol
I'll stop by this weekend and snap some pics.
Come spring my brother and I are painting it. It's surprisingly hard to find a colour that looks good on this car.

If I could have my pick of a skyline it would be an r32. Love the bodystyle. I would do a darkish gunmetal grey metallic. Of course, I think that color looks good on just about everything haha.

The V.I.N for cars from Japan are about 6 digits short of ours and the insurance.... through the roof.
I heard recently someone here in my province want's to ban RHD cars, "they cause accident's". Technically I'm supposed to have a RHD sticker on my rear window. I also get pulled over a lot for "not having side-marker lights". The R32 has side markers, they are just molded in with the headlight.

From what I hear, Japan has strict emission's so it's just easier to sell the car and buy a new one, which is good news for anyone looking for an import. They Usually have low mileage and pass e-testing here fairly well. Mine came with about 90k (km), aftermarket turbo timer, boost controller and turbo's. We put on the bigger turbo's, turbo header and a 3.5" exhaust. If anyone is ever looking into a Skyline, know now, parts are hard as all hell to find.
Didn't I hear rumors they were going to start importing those to the states? As a Lexus, or whatever the uplevel Nissan brand is?

The R-35 Skylines have been on sale in the states for a couple years now. I personally watched one guy take out 50 yds of chain link fence with his, which was 3 days off the lot. I guess having money doesn't mean you have brains, or driving abilities.

I'm not too sure, I'm not up to date on whats getting imported where. I think the Infiniti G35 is technically a skyline? I think that it's sold as a skyline in some other countries.

I think it's the best looking one as well. The car is already charcoal, it just has a few dings and the panels are fading. I think it looks great that colour but my brother wants to change it.

I'm 26 and will continue mine as well. I never want to get old. You're only as old as you feel, my gf says she feels old at 21 and I'm like "what the heck does that make me at 26?" lol. Its funny since I turned 26 2 weeks ago I've been thinking I'm 27, but I personally feel like I'm 17 still.

Thats part of the fun of living is getting into my Ram and giving it some juice!. I'm responsible I don't go racing in front of where kids may pop out of, or to race anything that moves, but I just like to wipe the smile off a guys face who looks down at my 2nd Gen Ram at a stop light who just spent $40,000 on his new truck. I also see nothing wrong with a stop light to stop light race which my 360 Ram is pretty much king of unless theres a newer Diesel truck beside me, then I either work for it hard or lose by a few cars haha.

The best race I've had with my truck was against a late 90s Ford Diesel truck (no idea the exact model or details), he was cruising up my trucks *** for the whole ave pretty much, then we met at the stop lights he gave me a nod and a cocky look and we decided to go for it on green, I went with a half throttle launch but we still almost hit eachother cuz my trucks @ss end lit up and swung out at him and his swung towards mine, so he got about 2 car lengths ahead of me when I let off to regain traction then at the end of first gear I closed the gap to fender to fender and second gear started to over take him by a half fender and then a car pulled out in front of us a few blocks down so we both shut it down and gave eachother a smile and a thumbs up for a good race.

Lexus is the luxuty line for Toyota. and Infiniti is the luxury line for Nissan. But it would not fit the marketing of Infiniti.....
