Default Mechanic suggestions?

I am looking for a reliable full service mechanic in the Orlando, FL area. I am trying to find someone that can replace all the transmission, tranfer case, radiator, rear diff, etc with Amsoil and I cannot seem to find a reputable one through Google.

I hope you can help.

Thanks in advanced.

Changing those fluids is a very easy job, any shop can do it right. It's kind of hard to mess up. You could save a lot of money doing it yourself and of course using cheaper, similar quality brands.

I didn't think the words "reliable" and "full service mechanic" could be used in the same sentence anymore.....

My main concern is the transmission flush. Also, if I dont have equipment, how can i really do the trans flush? please enlighten me as I am a complete noob and have not worked on a car before. sorry.

I think it's suggested to NOT do a transmission flush. Just drop the pan & filter, and then replace with new filter and between 6-7qts of ATF+4.

^what he said.
There's DIY threads on here and other sites on how to change all your fluids.
You can also download the service manual in the FAQ/DIY section or get a hanes manual which will go over fluid replacement.

Trans flush on a trans that hasn't had one done on a regular basis is pretty much a recipe for a rebuild within six months. It's a bad idea.

NEVER flush a transmission unless it has been done all its life. Flushing will just dislodge all the gunk and stuff and now that stuff is flowing around inside the transmission. Just drop the pan and replace the filters. Easy peasy.
