Default 5.9 intake hat

Would anyone happen to know where I can get just the elbow that sits ontop the TB, one similar to what comes with the cai kits? I'm trying to get a new intake set up so I can clean up under the hood and I really have need to buy a whole cai kit. Thanks

Junk yard or e-bay maybe. Don't know if anyone sells just that one part.

I've been checking ebay and only came up with some silicone elbows. I thought I saw somewhere once, just that part for sale. I may be wrong though.

Just buy a real cheap Cai on eBay for $20-30 and just use the hat. Or go to the junkyard andook at early 90's blazers

You can make your own, and I have some from a dakota for sale in the classified section.

But to answer the question, JY. Dakotas and other dodges(durango, jeep ?) use a 90 degree elbow similar to a CAI kit.

The stock setup really is pretty good.

Thanks Hahns5.2, that's exactly what I was looking for.
The stock set-up does do it's job well, but I rather have the filter off to the side, free up space on top of the intake.
Thanks as well, Zman. Didn;t think to check the Dakotas till I saw your post right before I took off to the yard.
