I have 5 pistons in. I'll upload some more pics tomorrow when I get the rest in. I'm either going to go with a mopar PCM or Megasquirt 2 fuel and spark if I can figure it out. My PCM has death flash so I'm not going to do fuel only like I was thinking earlier. I don't get much time to work on it between school and work. But I'm mainly held back by funding issues.

Well I got all the pistons in but when I torque the #8 rod cap to the 45lb spec the engine locks up and becomes impossible to turn over. The clearance is in spec so I'm gona mess with it some more tomorrow and try to figure it out.

Sounds like a bad rod ( Needs resizing ) ! Did you use new rods or old ones ?

I plastigauged it and it was good I also used assembly lube on the final assembly. All the crank journals were ground .010 so the rod bearings are .010 over. I'll take a look at the chamfered side I can't think of what that is now.
