I'll probably keep the 1500 badges. Might confuse people around here haha. The body of the truck is still pretty rough, I don't think it'd be worth it to replace the bed and try and fix all of the rust. I'll fix the rockers eventually but no plans to have a show truck.

I know what you mean. Beds can go $600 around here for a short bed, then you have to prime and paint them.

I like your truck (this 97 is up a bit high for normal work). I'm like Ham Bone there, I like a truck I can work off of. K.

I will say, that as bada$$ as running just the Jegs y-pipe is with no cat or muffler, it does get slightly annoying after awhile haha.

Also, I can't remember where or when I read this, but is it true that you can change the 96-97 front Dana 60's to have manual lockouts?

Yes you can use old ford parts from a junkyard. Requires drilling of some stuff tho
