It has been talked about a lot on here. You need to keep your PCM from your truck. The quick and easy fix is to contact Hemifever and he will sell you a SCT tuner that you can use to reflash your PCM with the needed fuel parameters for the 5.9. Just google Hemifever and it will take you in the correct direction.
That would actually be the best (if not the cheapest...) solution.

That's my route I'm taking with my rebuild (sct tuner for the pcm). My summit box arrived today with my break in oil and assembly lube.

Btw guys, where do you get the Cloyes double roller chain from? I looked on summit racing, and on the cloyes website and I didn't see any that fit our year trucks.

Instead of jacking this persons thread please start your own, this will get you better results than your Q's in someone elses thread.

Did you make sure the oil holes in the bearings were lined up with the holes in the block?

Sorry guys I haven't been putting pics up yet, I'll get some up soon. I put in all of my block plugs and began to put my engine on the stand again. Cam went in good and rotated without a problem!
