And their chart doesn't agree with the previous chart.

Hhhmmm..... can we find any more? Maybe we can use the democratic method here, and go with the majority numbers.

Here's an article from hotrod.com about a build on a magnum motor. The flow chart is near the bottom. Lets see what else we can find.

Well, I've made a little progress on this thing.

Lock ring install guide.

Just waiting for the second lock ring.

These things are a pain to install!!!

Another view of the lock ring.

Installed.

All ready to go in.

Good stuff!

Getting ready.

Balance sheet for the crank.

Crank waiting for the other goodies.

Heavy metal for balancing. #5 main cap behind it.

Forward most counter weight. More heavy metal.

Measuring oil pan depth to set the pickup tube. 8.75" deep.

Setting the pick up tube. 8.5"

I also got the cam and timing set installed today. I'll get some pictures up tomorrow.

Thank you.

I'll see what I can do about some dyno time. I live close enough to Vegas that I might be able to find one I can afford. I've never dealt with that stuff before, so I'm not sure what to expect. It would be awesome to find another good running stock truck with matching gears to it compare to. Same day, same dyno.
Any of you have a friend in Vegas running 4.10s with a 5 speed on 285/75 16s? Lol
