1998 ram 1500 5.9 v8 around 170,000 miles, 4 trannys, 2 rear ends auto to manual conversion, 4 front wheel bearings, 6 track bars and a few little thing but runs great now.

99 ram 1500 5.9 46K miles so far so good and looking forward to having hopefully another 200K on it

wow... its cost me like 5 grand in repairs just to put 8k on mine in three years...

That's because those of us that use our trucks don't have much time.

I'm knocking on 290k on my '01 gasser 2500. Got my 6.7 Cummins to transplant into it this fall.

could be.... could be we have 4 other vehicles to drive as well... not a hard choice when the dodge sucks so much gas..

I agree.

my daily driver is a lil 2.5L 4 banger S-10 pickup. 4spd, 2wd, disc brakes all around and p-trac rear end.

the dodge is my weekend warrior.

they get close to the same fuel economy, but gasoline is cheaper than diesel, and the dodge does not fit in the parking garage or my reserved parking spot in the garage at work. too tall and too wide.
