Transmission***UPDATE
Sounds like time to take a trip down to the shop and SEE whats going on.
3 days is too long to wait for a call. Better get on the horn and get an update. For all you know the truck is just sitting there and hasn't been touched.
Like I said before, now that they got your money the incentive to fix the truck is gone.
Get on 'em!
Did the dealer ever give you an opinion or diagnosis on your truck?

I believe someone else has already mentioned this before, but I just wanted to suggest it again.
If I were you I would keep bugging them to get it fixed ASAP. The very fact that they asked you how quickly you needed it back is an indication that they are trying to determine how long they can put it off before they will need to get started on it. Remember, they have already been paid and this is a warranty issue, meaning they will be getting no more money for any more time the put into it. They will keep taking in new business untill you pressure them to finish yours. Why would they tie up man hours working on something that won't make them more money when they've been told they have however long it takes to get it done, when they can continue making money on new business instead. If you become a pest to them, they will make your truck a priority to get you off of their back. If you allow them all the time in the world, they will make it a priority when they get tired of it collecting dust in the corner of their shop. I would make it a point to get DAILY progress reports and every time remind them that you need this truck back. Honestly, you really do need to keep on their a**es if you want this truck back anytime soon. This is just my humble opinion based on numerous past experiences.

LMAO right on! If I get into that truck and it does that **** again, they are not going to like me. I am going to go ***** to the walls on them. Nobody messes with me and my truck lol. I will make them take that ****ing transmission out, and I will buy an APS or Fastman Transmission.
Well, haven't exactly been a *****, BUT, I've had to play a little strategy with these guys. Up until last Tuesday, I was cool with them. It's when I got into the truck, the truck was very ****ed up. It's been tough because I can't exactly freak out incase it is my engine causing this. If there was no "engine skip" for them to make an excuse for, it'd be much more easy to blame them. But, when I went there Thursday, he was getting very testy with me. He defiantly got my point. Even brought the old man who is just a beast lol, he defiantly got my point. I didn't want to go to crazy though so incase they do fix it, we can leave on good terms and just move on. If I get into the truck and it's no good, then it's time to be a complete *******. This is their last chance to fix the problem. If it's at all ****ed up. I'm talking about getting them to take it out, and me having them put in a completely different product. I'm hoping they are fixing their ****. I know my engine is mint, they just can use it as bait right now which really sucks, but my engine has never done that.
Honestly, I would go done there with a 12 gauge and a box of 00 buckshot and see what they have to say about that........
I'm a little crazy, but I wouldbe one pissed off person at this stage of the game
