anyway if i was going to lift it up.i would buy a pieace at a time...take about 6 months to do but hey a good lift is about 1000 any way...i cant aford that but i can aford.a shock here a spring there till i get it all.........anyway thats just my plain.have fun with yours

I speak for Canada when I say save the hockey pucks for the game, and keep your stick on the ice! I thought you Americans would be sticking footballs or baseballs mabey even big macs under your fords, not pucks. JK

Whats with people that do a body lift and dont buy the bumper brackets to raise them aswell. LOL That s*** cracks me up and it looks horrible.

back in high school i helped a buddy fabricate a body lift out of pipe and 1/4'' plating. welded the plating on each side of the pipe, drilled holes, got some new bolts, and we even cut out new bumper brackets.....its simple as heck to do, strong, and cheap

hocky pucks, like said before would work just fine, look at your body mounts right now, there's a big ol rubber bushing, and a hocky puck, holy **** is made out of rubber
