Jr. Mechanic: Please accept my apologies in that case. I have no idea who Quagmire is, or what show he is on! What are you going to do with us old (44) dudes? Just leave us alone and we will wander off somewhere.

Dont worry about it, I got it alot with that sig. I was only going to use it for a few days, but then he took forever to make me the current one. Btw, heres quagmire: http://youtube.com/watch?v=0cPFhYVXIAs

ramit2001:
I have to agree with the jr. mech and 1bigramaniac, I like the plastic on there. I feel it finishes off the back. With the plastic off if reminds me of a dare I say alate 90's chevy tailgate.
Love your truck and especially your chrome fender flares. Can you tell me where you got them?

For those who like the black plastic piece on the tailgate and want to keep it black....
This works for me...liquid shoe polish....it's a stain....also works well on the plastic trim
around the tail lights, door handles and tailgate handle....layer it on to build up coats, it
will last a few months

I'm into achieving both.[8D]

PA, whether you know or not, you as well are into both. Just look at your truck. Call me crazy, but that truck would not be dubbed into a crowd of other dodge rams..

The way I see it, I want the most power and reliability I can get out of my ride, then I will go into details such as body mods.

I disagree with that. I think looks come first. I don't care how fast something is, if it aint cool looking, nobody is going to give a ****. That's why doing little subtle things for your truck and keeping it clean all the time catch the eye. And then on your own time, pick away at performance modifications. That's what I have done, got the truck looking a little custom and clean, and then have slowly picked away at getting the performance parts. Even if my truck isn't completely done performance wise, I'll always have people doing double takes to look at the truck as she goes roaring by[8D]

Dude, Neon, Watch Tokyo Drift. Tell me that the white dudes Monte Carlo rompin through the construction doesn't turn you on? That thing doesn't have anything but raw HP and I saw just that part of Fast and the furious, and was hooked through the whole movie. Kinda wish they had more muscle, but can't deny the Fastback 'Stang with that Nismo motor was kinda cool. Even though it's wrong, the whole premise of "built not bought" comes into serious play there. Ok, I'm going off track.

I like my plastic, but it is fraying on each end, just to caught up with the maintence/performance of the thing to care right now.
