im gettin my CB setup with two firestik antennae, but im having a hard time figurin out where to mount it. i just browsed this entire thread, but i cant find one of someone who has a 4WD 5speed truck. if someone has a good idea where to put it so it wont get in the way of the stick, id greatly appreciate it, plus includin an image will make my job way easier.

You could always dash mount it. Run the wires along the windshield, or through a crack if you have the beloved dash that mimics Texas fields in summer.

Used to have mine like that.

Another possibility is roof mounting, but kinda difficult. Someone, forgot who, has theirs mounted where the overhead console goes.

Or, if it's small, you can shove it in the cupholder hole, you don't need those flimsy things anyway.
