Unhappy let me tell ya...!

well yesterday i was coming home from work noticed my truck was pulling hard to the left but when i hit the brakes it stopped well i pulled over looked at the left front wheel didnt see nuttin outta the ordinary well got back in bout a quarter mile down the road and then bam my wheel came completely off bustin me to the ground on my left front i was runnin bout 65 when it happened the wheel and tire went into on coming traffic lucky not hitting any other cars pulled the truck to the shoulder got out and the whole axle broke off the front end...my fender bent door warped paint ruined...luckily i got full coverage...they told me today they was goin to replace the whole front end hood door fender and paint so til then ill be drivin around in a lil red cavalac but at least when it gets done ill have a whhole new front end and paint....was a scary experience tho...

That sucks. Probably the fault of a badly worn wheel bearing. At least you have full coverage.

Lets see some pics!

....And make sure they use factory Mopar parts!

1+++ And make sure you fight hard to make sure that your truck goes to a body shop that knows their way our trucks.
Happened to me when I had my wreck in mine. I took it to a Chebby dealership. When i got it back, I had nothing but problems out of it for a year.
Half the wiring harness was left unplugged, blown A/C compressor, and many more.

damm..... had my wheel bearing go bad on a dodge 2500 also at work (columbia gas transmission) made it back to the shop though! glad to hear you're alright!

SO your asying if a wheel bearing goes bad the wheel falls off? How does this exactly happen?
