I have a 94 dodge 1500 sport 5.9L 360 and im getting 30MPG Highway and about 18MPG in town... i don't know if i have some sort of super truck or something but i can't imagine have 10Mpg that just sounds crazy to me...

Don't you Canadian guys do everything in km?
If you are legit, and if you are talking miles, and not km (and even if you meant km), sounds to me like you put bigger tires on it (or a previous owner did) and your speedo isn't adjusted, hence it says you are traveling more miles than you really are.
If you are getting 30 MPG, you should be able to get over six hundred miles to a tank. Go on a five hundred mile trip sometime and don't fill up anywhere, see what happens. Just make sure you are traveling through well populated areas, so when you run out of gas, you can walk some place not to far away to get some more.
