Get a quart of Rislone to replace one qt of oil and be done with it.

Ok ill get it tomorrow. Drain out about 1 qt run that for a while than change out the oil oil than put the new stuff in.

You don't want to flush your engine. It will just create other long term probs. All you want to do is use good oil with something like Rislone that slowly cleans or keeps it clean.

if no ones said it.... FILL THE FILTER ABOUT 80% FULL OF FRESH OIL(if you top it off, itll **** your new oil on ya during install), or when you crank it the first time your going to hear your engine talking in morse code cuz your lifters are bone dry while the filter fills with oil.

IDK why but most folks forget that step. I know I did when I was a grubby lil rtard.

Walmart has it, yellow quart bottle. And you want the engine treatment (http://www.barsproducts.com/100QR.htm)not not the oil treatment.

On vehicles that have a large oil filter I will do that, but for those of us that still use the stock sized oil filter, I dont think its that big of an issue...
