Default Troubleshooting fuel pump

so, I found the fuel pump relay (can't believe I missed it the first time and posted)!
in PDC I do have consent power at pin 30 and have no power at pin 85 UNTIL I turn the key on. I do have ground at pin 86. I put a jumper between 12v power and pin 87 and nothing. I do have a fuel rail gauge and I also used a amp meter to test load of fuel pump, nothing. so does this mean the fuel pump is shot?

If you have good twelve volts at pin 30, and jumping to 87 didn't make the pump run, yep, the pump is shot.

Wait. What? You expect your truck to wait for nice weather to require repairs????? You should know by now it seldom works that way.

Don't forget to only get a Denso or Delphi brand pump.
