2 probs, speedo not working, brake + ABS light on

Ok so no speedometer, abs light, and brakes also. Does the sensor in the diff or the tranny control the speedo and abs stuff? And also, does these have anything to do with shifting, because my overdrive refuses to engage as well as the TCC. Thanks guys

Replace the Rear wheel speed sensor on the rear diff. That should take care of your issues.

I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 and we replaced all the sensors and the ABS brake light and speedomater are still no working..what else could he the problem

had similar issue with mine when i flashed with the hemifever tuner. it went away after a few restarts

FIRST LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT ALL THE TRIAL & ERROR EXPENSE THAT I WENT THROUGH FOR ABOUT A MONTH WITH MY 2000 DODGE RAM VAN 1500, 5.9LTR BEFORE I FOUND THE 100% FIX FOR THE PROBLEM.
FIRST SYMPTOM: SPEEDOMETER STARTED OCCASSIONALLY JUMPING UP AND DOWN DURING NORMAL DRIVING, BUT NEVER WHEN THE VAN WAS INITIALLY STARTED. ONLY AFTER WARM UP AND A LITTLE DRIVING.
SECOND SYMPTOM: SOMETIMES THE BRAKE LIGHT, ABS LIGHT, AND AIR BAG LIGHT WOULD COME ON AT THE SAME TIME THE SPEEDO STARTED JUMPING.
THIRD SYMPTOM: SOMETIME THE TRANSMISSION WOULD NOT SHIFT FROM 2ND TO 3RD GEAR IF ANY OF THE ABOVE SYMPTOMS WERE HAPPENING.
EXPLORATION:
EVEN THOUGH THE REAR AXLE SPEED SENSOR WAS ONLY 3 OR 4 MONTHS OLD, I REPLACED IT. --$ 30--NOT FIXED

REMOVED AND REPLACED TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY $400--NOT FIXED
CHECKED ALL ELECTRICAL WIRING RELATED TO ABS AND BRAKING SYSTEM $ 0--NOT FIXED
CHECKED IGNITION SWITCH $ 0--NOT FIXED
AFTER ALL THAT TIME AND EXPENSE, I DECIDED TO JUST DRIVE THE VAN AROUND AND TRY TO SEE WHEN AND WHAT TRIGGERED SYMPTOMS:
FIRST OBSERVATION: SYMPTOMS WERE NEVER THERE AT ANY INITIAL ENGINE START - NO MATTER HOW LONG THE VAN IDLED.
SECOND OBSERVATION: IF I IMMEDIATELY STARTED NON-STOP DRIVING TRIP ON HIGHWAY OR FREEWAY, NONE OF THE SYMPTOMS WOULD OCCUR IF THE BRAKES WERE NEVER USED.... THE MINUTE THAT I STARTED USING THE BRAKES, MOST OR ALL SYMPTOMS WOULD RETURN.

AFTER RECALLING THAT I ONCE NOTICED THAT THE BRAKE PEDDLE WAS A LITTLE LOW WHEN DOING A SUDDEN STOP, I DECIDED TO CHECK BRAKE FLUID, BRAKE PADS, AND AIR IN THE BRAKE LINES....
THE BRAKE FLUID RESERVOR WAS FULL, SO MY NEXT STEP WAS TO BLEED THE AIR FROM THE BRAKE LINES.... SUCCESS!!!!
MY FIRST OBSERVATION AFTER BLEEDING THE BRAKE LINE WAS THE BRAKE PEDDLE WAS THAT OF A NEW CAR. I TOOK THE VAN OUT ONTO THE HIGHWAYS, BYWAYS, FREEWAYS, AND STREET WAYS IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET ANY OF THE ORIGINAL PROBLEMS TO RE-OCCUR. I COULD NOT REPLICATE PROBLEMS..... ALL PROBLEMS SOLVED.
THE ONE OTHER THING THAT I SHOULD DO IS TO BLEED THE AIR FROM THE ABS SYSTEM WHICH IS A LITTLE MORE COMPLICATED THAN BLEEDING AIR FROM THE PRIMARY BRAKE LINES AND SHOULD ALWAYS BE DONE WHENEVER THE BRAKES ARE CHANGED OR ANY WORK IS DONE INVOLVING THE BRAKE LINES.
HAVING SAID ALL THAT, IF YOU HAVE THE ABS LIGHTS AND JUMPING SPEEDO, AND BRAKE LIGHT PROBLEMS, I WOULD START BY BLEEDING THE AIR OUT OF THE BRAKE LINES AND THEN WORK DOWN MY LIST WITH THE CHEAPEST ITEMS THAT I HAVE OUTLINED ABOVE. I ALSO WOULD RULE OUT THE TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY IN THIS CASE. IF YOU EVER GET A CODE P1740, THEN GET READY TO REPLACE SOLENOIDS AND PRESSURE SENSORS IN THE VALVE BODY...

i replaced the one on the transfer hod head,where is the other one located? my abs light is not on .just no speedometer or odometer thanks
