^^ Can't remember. I think it was Four Seasons, but don't quote me on that. If you search for threads I have started, I posted all of the gory details when I changed my heater core.

Ok, I got the HVAC box out last night and took it apart. That was pretty easy, except for those damn A/C fittings. Not gonna disscus that.

My heater core was not really leaking that bad. But I am glad that I got to it before it started leaking really bad and getting my carpet wet.

My evaporator core was a nasty mess!!! There was 11 years of nasty, moldy grass, dirt, hay, bugs, and other **** that I cannot describe. Now I know where that nasty smell I get in the summer comes from. Also, I put in a UV Dye in my A/C system last spring to find a leak in the system. Well, the evaporator was covered in that stuff. My dad is gonna be putting the rubber on the new NAPA evaporator tonight then by Saturday we should have a running truck!

This is what we are getting to prevent all of that dirt and **** from accumilating on the evaporator:

They will be ordered in a few hours then installed next week.

The company that makes those filters for our trucks also makes them for Big-Rigs, too. There is a pic of them installed at the bottom of the page. Doesnt look bad at all!
