well, right now, i am running with just the throttle body, nothing else cause my dad dropped my old transmission on my airbox that was laying in the bed of the truck, so its all in peices.. so i want to see if i can make my own out of some differant parts... mainly the parts the hook on the top of the throttle body, i mean, i really would liek to get a valant air intake, but i cant afford that...

I've ran the 14X3, I've ran a tubed intake where it sat down behind the front bumper, and I've used the stock housing with a K&N drop in.

From my expierence, the truck likes the stock housing with a K&N drop in the best.
