Rough running issue
I havet done much to it yet, ive been busy and it being so cold i dont have a garage i can fit in, and im broke, tomorrow im gonna get a new O2 sensor and plugs and do that and see what happens and check everything over in the engine compartment.
Make sure you rout the wires according to the TSB

Let's break it down. The bank refers to which head it is monitoring. So in your case, Bank 1 would be the side with cylinders 1,3,5,and 7 on it. The sensor one, is upstream engine monitoring(before the cat), or two, downstream cat monitoring(after the cat).
So the conclusion is: Bank 1 sensor 2: Passenger side, Behind the Cat.
Hope this helps. Be sure to check your wires and grounds before replacing the sensor. The sensor will show code for many reasons. Out of range voltage, shorts, etc.

I'm hoping your CAT hasn't gone bad
That would cost some good money..
Another method to see if it's broken: Grab the CAT when cool, and shake the daylights out of it. If you hear rattling or anything flying around inside... It's time to be replaced.

if the cats bad im just gonna cut it out and just weld in some tubing.
That will work. I had to do that to my Jeep. Not sure if your O2 sensors will read wrong after that, I'm not sure on a Ram. If it pops codes, just get an O2 simulator. I think their only $20 off ebay.
So like you said the O2 sensor i need to change is on the passanger side behind the cat, would that one though the truck off like that.
It's possible.. but it's unlikely unless it's shorted out to cause big problems like that. If the cat is truly clogged, it will make your truck run like garbage.
The O2 sensor helps the computer determine how much fuel to inject into the cylinders. (Air/Fuel ratio)
If it's running too lean, it will run a bit rough.. Too rich, you'll probably be blowin smoke out your pipes..
