Well my truck is back to running order. It was a combination of the Rotor, Cap and Coil Pack that was the problem. The previous owner moved the coil pack from its stock location and bolted it to the painted firewall, so it wasn't getting a good ground. And inside the Cap all the metal was blackened.

Now i just have to replace the O2 sensor which ill do tonight and she be trouble free for a little while, knock on wood.

 

Excellent. I knew the cap+rotor+coil had a huge deal to do with it. Always does on these 360's.
