Plenum Gasket
Water pump
Spark Plugs (champions oh yeah)
Timing belt with double roller timing chain
1 headlight
Front brake pads and rotor
Steering gear box
Water pump bypass hose
Oil Pump
Oil Pickup Tube
New third gen wheels
Cheapy Hercules tires (came with new with wheels)
Replaced stock radio with Alpine Head unit
All door speakers with Alpines
Bored out my throttle body(not technically replaced I guess)
O-Rings on fuel injectors when they were out
Rear u-joint

One of these days I'll pick up an AC compressor from a junkyard

Apart from the water pump all these replacements was just because I wanted too. I didn't really have too. And the oil pump and tube was only replaced because I clogged it up when I replaced the plenum plate.
