I Think I'm just disappointed of the outcome. That had such good reveiws on their site, granted it could just be a load of ****. But I would assume they would be much quicker to resolve the problem, I mean you would think apending 600 plus that they would be a little more eager to amend the problem. So im pretty sure that I'am simply going to ask them to just reimburse me 20% and I'll take care of it myself, considering they were going to charge me that to return it.

I cant believe that they wont reimburse you 100%. That is just horrible business practice! Dave Hughes is gonna be put in the hot seat when I see his tent at the Mopar Nationals this year!

Yeah,a grown man is gonna be put on the hot seat by a 15 year old kid.Why dont you hold a sign and picket his tent too.Maybe someone might come by and give you 5 dollars for boy scout cookies or something. If hughes has problems the best way to get your point across is to take your money elsewhere.

What ever you do, stand your ground. If they won't give in, then seriously take it to your credit card company. After getting screwed over on ebay by a pcm remanufacturer... I have no sympathy/tolleration for bs when it comes to buying stuff anymore. That was the biggest run around I have ever delt with. I salvaged close to 90% of my money back in the end, but im just glad it is over with. I feel your pain op, but don't give in without a fight. The 20% you are requesting is fair in my book.

The hot seat was a joke. And I doubt Hughes will be at the Nats this year, they were'nt there last year. Although they may come to promote their copy-cat roller rockers.

I am taking my money elsewhere. And I hope other people do, too.
