Default Accel plug wires, any good?

I have a brand new set of 8mm Super Stock universal fit wires hangin in my basement, I bought them a while back for the wife's blazer before I realized it has a funky distributor cap, and they wouldn't work with it. Are they any good for these trucks? I've used them before on a Camaro with no problems. I've been thinkin about puttin em on there when I pick up some plugs, just thought I'd get some input from my fellow dodge gods lol

the reason they came with 8 is because a 4.3 votec is a 262 ci motor, basically a 305.... -2 cylinders, the 4.3 uses the same part number for plug wires as a 305/350

the set I got wasn't vehicle specific in any way... It's just a universal off the shelf set from canadian tire.

And ya, I've always known that the 4.3 was basically a 305 block with 2 cylinders chopped off...

I wasn't sure if they were any good. I figured I'd put em on and mention it here and take a bunch of flak for usin them or somethin.... I've heard good and bad about them

New wires are always better than old ones.

its runnin good right now, other than the plenum issue. I just figured it must be time for a tuneup, I haven't chenged plug and wires in the little over a year I've had it and god knows when then last time they were changed. I gotta do the plenum sometime soon, so I figured I'd do it all, cap, rotor, plugs and wires. I'm strongly thinkin about doing the timing chain as well, I kinda think thats where I'm gettin some of the rattle noise. What's a loose t chain sound like anyway?
