Its good to see you getting to do some work over spring break. I missed a third of mine in the hospital with appendicitis. Now no lifting over 10lbs or strenuous activity for 6-8 weeks

I'm glad you're replacing that 3 dollar bypass hose with a Gates. I used some normal hose with the right ID, but apparently it wasn't flexible enough. It kinked over time and cracked in the middle of an intersection between two major highways in my part of town. Luckily my buddies were following me and helped me push the beast out of the turning lane when it overheated and died. I learned my lesson.

S70037. Order from John at Southeast R/T.

BTW he sent me a present on Friday....

I also got the manifold and throttle body clean. And the new spark plugs and O2 sensor in. DIY will come for that, too. I start on the timing chain tommorow, I need to get a harmonic balancer puller and installer from my uncle

Ohhhh, that really sucks! Hope you get better soon!

The Gates hose was $8. How could you go wrong with that!

Will do! Thanks!

Here are some pics of my new Harland Sharps. I've got them soaking in Mobil 1 High Mileage right now.

Why does Summit have two different options? Other than price, not sure waht the difference is.
