I get to do this soon too..... I have all the parts, now just need to get the replacement manifold prepped, and arrange time in the shop to do it up. I don't think I have a spare 40 for the machine shop though.... do the best I can with brake cleaner, and a powered wire brush.

Thoughts on painting it black?

Not sure about the shrader valve but by the time I released the fuel line almost no gas came out. Not sure why though.

Gonna probably just clean the kegger myself. I like the shop idea just not time nor money. This is my daily driver so it has to be back in action for the Monday commute.

Ok, diving into the plugs and cap this morning. I was reading through the FSM and do I need to torque the plugs to a certain in/lbs? Looks like I do, but I don't know what "N.m" means?
