Default I got rear ended on the intersate

Thought I would share. I was slowing down with traffic in front of me (doing about 10 or 15) when the van slammed into the car doing about 55, and then the car slammed into me. I'd say its a win for the dodge.

and yes, my neck hurts.

Go get checked out anyways. You'd be surprised what a little bump like that can do to the body.

The van's insurance is going to pay to get the damage repaired (bumper, hitch, tail gate, passenger side quaterpanel damage) + a rental car for the repair period. Yeah, the yota was declared a total loss. Although the front and rear are completely shot on it, the passenger compartment is completely untouched. The only injury the lady in the yota got was from a pair of shoes hitting her in the head. Very safe car IMO.

Yep. I plowed my Cavalier into a woman who rolled a stop sign and learned that I have degeneration in my neck. At 40 years old, I have the neck of a 60 year old. That was two years ago and I still have issues with neck pain.

he was an older guy, so I doubt he was texting. he had glasses that looked to be about 3 inches thick and visibility at the time of the accident was about 20 feet. he was ticketed for "To fast for conditions"
