High flow cat: anywhere from 50 to 200 bucks, depending on where you get it.

Headers: anywhere from 100 bucks for cheapies, to 600+ for ceramic coated longtubes. Keep in mind, that unless you go with some flavor of 'direct fit' headers, there will be exhaust work involved in hooking them up as well.

ah, yeah more money than i want to spend right now. I can just get a new muffler and slap that sucker on there and give it a little more aggressive sound.

How do you think the truck will sound with a cherry bomb glasspack and a stock cat? Will it be an improvement over what is currently on there?

if it is currently the stock setup, yes, it will be louder, and sound meaner.

no no no, its got a Flowmaster 50 series, 2.5'' pipe and a stock cat. Will it get louder with glasspack? or stay around the same?
