Yeah I have rack and pinion. The hemi had been stripped of all its auxiliaries when I bought the truck the guy had taken off and sold a lot of parts. He sold the AC compressor, alternator, pws pump, APPS box, ECM, TCM, and the air intake. pretty much anything he could rip off in two seconds he had sold.

 

That's gonna cost..How are you doing on it ?

No I'm kinda at a stand still I need about five hundred to finish. My wife is pregnant and we have to pay for the delivery and my bike just seized ite lower end bearing so sadly my truck is taking a backseat for the time being.

I bought my apps box pedal cable and PS pump today. One catch is that they don't sell the wire from the TB to the apps except as a whole unit ie wiring harness and they want 1800 wholesale for it. George you don't happen to have this particular wire and feel like parting with it for you?
Other than that I'm ready to assemble.

 

Could you find one in a junkyard somewhere??

The junk yards in phoenix have a lot of Gen 2s and a lot of 4.7s very few hemis though but I'm going to pickapart on Friday so we will see.

 

Did you get the 6 pin plug that plugs into the APPS box - when you got the APPS box..If so- the wiring diagram I sent you is where the wires go..If not I think I can make OR find you a plug for it..Look where the harness plugs into the APPS box "You'll have to open it".
Beside each pin - there should be a number 1-6.. If the Box came with a plug "and wires", The wires should be cut.The wires are Colored as follows- Pin #1- wt/bn..
Pin#2 yl/pk, Pin#3-pk/yl, Pin#4- bn/vt, Pin #5-bn/wt, Pin#6-bn/yl..
These wires don't go to the throttle Body..They all go to the Computer..There's another plug going to the TB, from the Computer that tells it what to do..
APPS Box wires go- as follows...
APPS,Box Wire-#1 wt/bn-goes to-C-3-pin#36,db/dg, "#2-Signal"
APPS,Box Wire-#2 yl/pk-splices to-C-1-pin#27,vt/wt. "5-volt supply"
APPS,Box Wire-#3 pk/yl-splices to C-2-pin#29 ,Orange. "5-volt supply"
APPS,Box Wire-#4 bn/vt-Goes to C-3-pin#17 ,bn/dg.. "#2-Ground"
APPS,Box Wire-#5 bn/wt-Goes to C-3- Pin#25, wt/dg.. "#1-Signal"
APPS,Box Wire-#6 bn/yl-goes to C-3- Pin#16, pk/db.. "#1-Ground"
Unless you're refering to something else completely.This should hook you up..
If this isn't what you're talking about -let me know....
If you're APPS Box didn't come with a plug and wires, let me know and I'll try to make- or find you one..
When it comes to the Cable- I used my peddle, and tied the cable into it from the APPS Box..If you can mount the peddle you bought it's easier, but if "For some reason" you can't mount the peddle to you're truck-This is another option...
